Scrappy tube quilting technique

It’s scrappy time again. My favourite style.

And it’s time to do tube quilting again.

Tube quilting is a technique I’ve done tutorials on before like my Tube quilting with hexagons, tube quilting with strips, or the bargello tutorials I’ve posted in the past.

This block is perfect for layer cakes.

So let’s have a look again at this technique and let’s get our fabric scraps out and let’s get quilting!

Materials

  • Assorted fabric strips
  • 3 1/2″ fabric strips

  1. Thanks, Teresa, for another reason to save and use my scraps! This is a beauty and easy to make into a variety of looks and styles. As always, thanks for sharing.
