This block has partial seams. We’ve done partial seams before and you know they look harder than they really are.
The rest of the block is pretty straightforward. You can make it all scrappy or coordinated. Either way it’s a pretty block.

Cutting directions
- 1 square, 3″ x 3″ in colour A
- 2 strips, 3″ x 8″ in colour B1
- 2 strips, 3″ x 8″ in colour C1
- 2 strips, 2″ x 8″ in colour B2
- 2 strips, 2″ x 8″ in colour C2
- 2 strips, 1 1/2″ x 8″ in colour B3
- 2 strips, 1 1/2″ x 8″ in colour C3

Oh, Teresa. This is sooo nice and intriguing. And……..it looks like fun. I must fit in some time for this. I must admit, the hair raised up on my neck when I read “partial seams”. But it’s really alright now, initial terror and all. Ha Ha. You taught us well and easy does it. I am looking forward to making a quilt from this pattern, time permitting. Thank you for making sewing fun.
