“Turnabout Patchwork. Simple quilts with a twist” is all about playing with blocks – making a block, slicing it up, and turning or repositioning the pieces to make a completely different block (sometimes two smaller blocks) to yield endless quilt tops.

What size are the squares over 3″? How many blocks of each size do you need to complete a block?

I didn’t measure each square so I can’t tell you that. You can also start at a different size. I’d do a test to see if I like the technique and take notes.
