A very easy block with many possibilities.
Combine the strips in different ways and then arrange the resulting squares in different ways to obtain different blocks and quilt designs.
Then start with a rail fence piece/block, and combine it with plain squares of fabric. You can make a very easy block in no time at all.
This is a beginner quilt block. It is as easy as it gets.

Wow! That is so cool. The possibilities are endless! I like that it is so simple and yet is so beautiful. Sometimes it’s nice to do a quick quilt that you can sew without having to put much thought into it as you sew away! Thank you so much Teresa 🙂
