8 half square triangles at once and broken dishes block – video tutorial

By using half square triangles you can make any number of quilts, the sky is the limit.

There are many ways to make half square triangles, some are quicker than others, some result in lots of bias seams, others don’t. The best thing is to try a variety of methods so you can find what works for you.

So today we’ll try a very common way to make 8 HSTs at once.

Also we’ll learn hot to make a classic: broken dishes. Today’s broken dishes block is 6″ finished.
