Churn dash is a traditional quilt block. If you slice it in 4 equal parts you get a disappearing churn dash quilt block.
Learn in just over 2 minutes how to make these 2 fun blocks:
Materials for both blocks
- 2 grey 4 7/8 inch squares
- 2 white 4 7/8 inch squares
- two 9 x 2 1/2 inch strips in blue
- two 9 x 2 1/2 inch strips in orange
- one 4 1/2 inch square

I like your tutorials, and especially when you put your blocks together to show available layouts. That helps those of us who only see what’s in front of our eyes to imagine how it would go together. Thank you, Barbara

My, my,… you’re really “churning” them out. They are so pretty. Love you color choices and the way you put them together. Thank you so much. I’m learning more about colors match-up from your tutorials.

I am new to your website. What is the size of these quilts? Where do I look to find the total yardage or charm packs for these? Thanks.

Hi Elizabeth, many of my tutorials are demos so I don’t give full yardage, etc. You can find a few of them with yardage in Craftsy: https://www.craftsy.com/profile/teresadownunder?category=undefined&filters=%7B%22selectedFilters%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22selectedSearchScopes%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22sortBy%22%3A%22mostRecent%22%2C%22page%22%3A1%2C%22contentType%22%3A%22filter-gallery%2Fcontent%2Fkeyed%22%7D&showEnrolledClasses=false
