I love this block!! The simplicity of the piecing it is genius …. How do I convert it to throw size quilt, with much larger HST? I have arthritis and can no longer do any small piecing at all.

To calculate the grid size you can use the 2 hsts at a time formula. I usually just add 1” to the required finished size and I trim any excess afterwards.
