4 disappearing quilt blocks compilation

This is a compilation of disappearing blocks. Some you probably have already seen before, others may be new to you.

When using this technique, cutting and sewing accuracy is very important.

Let’s learn to make 4 disappearing quilt blocks:

Which one do you like best?

If you like this technique check out my book below.

My book Turnabout Patchwork

“Turnabout Patchwork. Simple quilts with a twist” is all about playing with blocks – making a block, slicing it up, and turning or repositioning the pieces to make a completely different block (sometimes two smaller blocks) to yield endless quilt tops.

  2. Again, a video full of wonderful ideas and inspiration. Thank you always
I noticed that when you’re joining blocks and creating quite a few seams, that you sew with your seams open. Is this to decrease bulk?
    Great creations. Thanks again. Jan
