Self-binding is binding a quilt with the quilt backing.
I like using self-binding for small quilts and wall hangings.
We’re going to finish the Tiny quilt with self-binding.
And this tutorial concludes our Tiny Quilt QAL. I hope you enjoyed it.

My book Turnabout Patchwork
“Turnabout Patchwork. Simple quilts with a twist” is all about playing with blocks – making a block, slicing it up, and turning or repositioning the pieces to make a completely different block (sometimes two smaller blocks) to yield endless quilt tops.
thank you for this tutorial I did not know how to do self binding you made it look so easy. I will be doing it.

Thanks for this tutorial. I’ve done this on several quilts and always seem to end up with a strange looking corner. Not an ugly corner but still not as neat as yours
