  1. Wow! That is a lot of blocks and they all look so complicated! You’ve been working really hard on this. How many more to go before you have a finished quilt top?

  2. I think I need to make 110 blocks for a queen size quilt, which is quite a lot. Many of them are pretty complicated I agree. The difficulty resides in the size of the pieces and the many piecers for each block I think. I’ve never done a quilt this complex, this large and with blocks this small but I’m taking it as a long term project. I think the worst is to come. Quilting a queen size quilt is going to be challenging.

  4. Thank you Carla. I’m using scraps from different collections. At this rate, by the time I finish I will probably have used a sample of all my fabrics at least once!
