Revamping the classic Sawtooth star quilt block

This star is such a bright and cheerful part of a quilt I created during a quilting-along (QAL) a while back called Colour Fair Down Under.

The Sawtooth Star is a total classic in the quilting world, with a history that goes way back. In my latest version, I’ve added my own twist by using a wild array of rainbow colors! It gives this traditional design a fresh, fun vibe. The mix of colors not only shows off how versatile the Sawtooth Star can be but also shows how you can turn traditional techniques into something modern and exciting.
