How to make a scrappy quilt with fabric strips

Scrappy bricks quilt

This is one of the quickest and most enjoyable quilts you can create from your fabric scraps—anything goes!

In this project, I used strip scraps, but feel free to explore crumb quilting as well. The only requirement is to cut the colorful centerpiece to a specified size, then sew a contrasting colored strip to each side. This simple technique allows you to unleash your creativity while giving new life to your leftover fabrics.
