How to make a 3D strip quilt block

3D strip block

Creating a striking 3D effect is simpler than you might think. By using just two strips of highly contrasting fabric, you can sew them together. Once stitched, cut out 45-degree triangles from the fabric piece to achieve that dynamic, dimensional appearance seen in the image above.
