Interleave quilts are a type of quilt design that creates the illusion of woven or interwoven strips of fabric. Instead of traditional piecing where fabric squares or shapes are sewn together in a block pattern, interleave quilts involve cutting and sewing fabric strips in a way that they appear to weave over and under each other.
