
A Quarter Square Triangle (QST) is a quilt block formed by combining four triangles of the same size to create a square.
Also known as the Hourglass block, this versatile unit is a fundamental building block in quilting.
Various methods can be used to create QSTs, ranging from the traditional approach of sewing together individual triangles to more advanced techniques like the two-at-a-time QSTs featured in this tutorial.
Using that block as the starting point this is the third variation of disappearing block I’ve come up with.
