  2. My mother used this technique of seminole patchwork, and placed it over the breast of a tshirt, stitched it down and gave it to me for my birthday. I like that I can wear patchwork, as it is a reflection of me to others.

  3. Teresa, how do we determine the size to make the strips to sit the dimensions of the quilt? If I want a 5 inch border with one on point square running down the sides of the quilt, how do I determine the cutting measurements for that? I want to end up with a square at the top and bottom of the quilt side with plain background fabric squares on each corner, but can not seem to get the size of each of the seminole squares to come out correctly.
