Is there a method to get the same colored fabric in the same section on the block?
I love double pin wheel but can’t seem to get them accurate.
I like this method but need to know how to get consistency.

With this method I haven’t been able to get any other look. The best I could do is to stick to 4 fabrics and rearrange the resulting units by the same type.
