How to make a spools quilt block
Learn in under 2 minutes how to make this very quick and easy spools quilt block:
To make a full block you will need to make 4 spools.
Block size
The block is 9 1/2 inches.
Materials
For one single spool:
- One 2 x 5 inch strip in a print fabric
- Two 2 x 5 inch strips in the background fabric
- Four 2 inch squares in the print fabric
For one block make 4 spools.
Tips
This quilt can be made in coordinated fabrics or scrappy.
Add sashing for a different look.
