I can’t tell as the video is fast – are you starting with 10″ blocks cutting 2″ strips?

Hi Marsha, the starting squares are 10 7/8″ each. You’ll get two 10 1/2″ half square triangles. To be sure, measure your HSTs and divide by 4 to get the width of your strips. Mine were 2 6/8″ each.

2 6/9 is not a number! Use 10” squander you can easily cut 2 1/2” strips!
